By enrolling in our surf school, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all services offered, including surf lessons, equipment rentals, and other related activities.
2. Bookings
Bookings must be made in advance either through our website or directly at our premises. A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total service cost is required to confirm the booking.
3. Payment Methods
We accept payments in cash, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards. Full payment must be made before the start of the course or activity.
4. Participation Requirements
To participate in our surf lessons, it is essential to know how to swim and to be in good physical health. We recommend informing us of any medical conditions before starting the activities. We reserve the right to cancel or modify activities if conditions are deemed unsafe.
5. Use of Equipment
All equipment used during the surf lessons will be provided by the school. Participants are responsible for taking care of the equipment. Any damage caused by misuse will be the responsibility of the student.
6. Liability
Our surf school is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur during lessons unless negligence on the part of our instructors is proven. It is advisable for students to have personal insurance for sports activities.
