About Us

My name is Adrián, and I founded this surf school at the age of 18, driven by my passion for surfing and my desire to share the excitement of this sport with others. Since childhood, I’ve been surrounded by the waves of Lanzarote, the island I call home, where surfing is more than just an activity – it’s a way of life.

Before starting this adventure, I worked for five years at one of the top surf schools in the Canary Islands. This experience allowed me to learn from the best professionals and develop the skills I now bring to every class. I also hold a degree as a Senior Technician in Sports Teaching and Sociocultural Animation (TSEAS), which qualifies me to teach safely, responsibly, and with plenty of fun.

At Chicken Surf School, we specialize in beginner lessons, creating a friendly, family-like environment where everyone can learn at their own pace and connect with the ocean in a unique way. Our goal is for every student to discover the magic of surfing and feel welcome in our community.
