Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by the client

– If you cancel more than 7 days prior to the start of the course, 100% of the amount paid, excluding the deposit, will be refunded.
– If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before the course, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
– No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start of the course.

2. Cancellation by the school

We reserve the right to cancel a lesson or course if sea or weather conditions require it. In case of cancellation, the option to reschedule the activity or receive a full refund will be offered.

3. Booking Modifications

Changes to bookings are allowed up to 72 hours before the course starts, subject to availability. The possibility of rescheduling beyond this period is not guaranteed.
